At this stage, the structural engineer can design any structural elements.

BUILDING WORK BEGINS

Once planning permission and building regulations approval have been granted, work may start on site. Detailed drawings are important to ensure that you receive a fixed price quote from your builder. We would recommend a full plans building regulations application rather than working under a building notice. This way, there’s less room for misinterpretation on site.
